Analysis on influencing factors of electromagnetic ultrasonic shear wave thickness measurement
摘 要
研究了被检构件几何尺寸和材料特性对传感器测厚信号的影响规律,对不同尺寸和材料的被检构件进行测厚对比试验,获取了试验信号并分析其相应的规律,为改进电磁超声测厚信号处理方法,增强电磁超声测厚法的适应性提供了依据。
Abstract
The paper studies the influence of the size and material on the thickness measurement. Through thickness measurement comparative experiments on the specimens of different sizes and materials, the laws between the experimental signals and the specimens are established. This work provides a basis for improving the electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement signal processing method and enhancing the adaptability of electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement method.
