Interpretation of FMC and TFM images of typical defects in welds
摘 要
参考国际最新标准,对双全法(全矩阵捕获和全聚焦法)检测焊缝典型缺陷图谱进行解读,并总结出一条读谱要领:“明双全原理;悉成像路径;谙仿真建模;识真伪显示”,意在为提高相控阵超声双全法检测技术提供有用借鉴。
Abstract
As refering to the latest international standards, the paper aims to interpret the typical defect images of welds detected by FMC and TFM method (Full Matrix Capture and Total Focus Method), and sum up a spectrum reading element: “understand the principle of FMC and TFM; understand the imaging path; be familiar with simulation modeling; know the truth/pseudo display”. The purpose of this article is to provide a useful reference for improvement of NDT evaluation technology of phased array ultrasonic FMC and TFM technology.
