Phased array ultrasonic testing for butt girth weld of duplex stainless steel pipe
摘 要
采用相控阵超声检测、射线检测和常规超声检测对规格为610 mm×46 mm(直径×壁厚)的双相不锈钢钢管对接环焊缝进行检测,并对3种方法的检测结果进行汇总、分析和对比,以验证相控阵超声检测的可靠性。检测结果表明,相控阵超声技术可以对双向不锈钢钢管对接环焊缝实施现场检测,且具有良好的检测能力。
Abstract
Phased array ultrasonic testing, radiography testing and conventional ultrasonic testing were used to examine the pipe butt girth weld for duplex stainless steel with dimension of φ 610 mm×46 mm. The results of three methods were summarized, analyzed and compared to verify the reliability of phased array ultrasonic testing. The examination results show that phased array ultrasonic testing can be used for on-site examination on pipe butt girth weld for duplex stainless steel and has good detection capability.
