Application of internet of things and cloud technology in ultrasonic testing of rail welds
摘 要
为提高钢轨焊缝超声检测质量、效率和管理水平,引进物联网和云技术,实现了钢轨焊缝超声检测现场的场景和检测数据上传,并通过网络通讯实现不同检测场所的互联。超声检测由管理中心全面管理,在管理中心可以随时下载不同检测现场的场景和检测数据,并进行云计算、分析和处理,该系统可实现不同检测现场的云直播、云分析、云仿真、云存储、云汇总等,有利于及时对检测现场进行支持和指导,提高钢轨焊缝超声检测的质量和效率。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality, efficiency and management level of ultrasonic inspection of rail welds, the IoT(Internet of Things) and cloud technology have been introduced to realize the upload of scenes and inspection data of each site of ultrasonic inspection of rail welds, and realize the interconnection of different inspection sites through network communication. Ultrasonic testing is fully managed by the management center. In the management center, the scenes and testing data of different testing sites can be downloaded at any time, and cloud computing, analysis and processing can be performed. The system can realize cloud live broadcast, cloud analysis, cloud simulation, cloud storage, cloud summary of different testing sites. It is conducive to timely support and guidance of the inspection site, and improve the quality and efficiency of ultrasonic inspection of rail welds.
