Problems in ISO 10113:2020 and suggestions for revision of GB/T 5027—2016
摘 要
针对符合标准ISO 10113:1991和ASTM E517要求的自动测量塑性应变比(r值)的设备不符合ISO 10113:2020标准要求的问题,按照合成标准不确定度的公式分析了ISO 10113:2020计算r值的测量不确定度和ISO 10113:1991计算r值的测量不确定度。结果表明:ISO 10113:2020计算r值的合成标准不确定度大于ISO 10113:1991计算r值的合成标准不确定度;重新修订的GB/T 5027—2016应该同时要满足ISO 10113:2020和ASTM E517的要求。
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the equipment that meets the requirements of ISO 10113:1991 and ASTM E517 for automatic measurement of the plastic strain ratio (r value) no longer meets the requirements of ISO 10113:2020 standard, the measurement uncertainty of the calculated r value of ISO 10113:2020 and the measurement uncertainty of the calculated r value of ISO 10113:1991 are analyzed according to the formula of the combined standard uncertainty. The results show that the combined standard uncertainty of calculated r value in ISO 10113:2020 is greater than that in the ISO 10113:1991; the revision of GB/T 5027—2016 should meet the requirements of ISO 10113:2020 and ASTM E517.
