Magnetic particle testing of aircraft flap track
摘 要
利用电磁轭可对飞机铁磁性零部件的局部损伤进行磁粉检测,该技术具有检测效率高、操作方便的特点。结合实际工作经验详细论述了电磁轭技术在襟翼滑轨检测中的难点以及检测工艺的制定过程,可供同行参考。
Abstract
Magnetic yoke can be used to detect the local damage of aircraft ferromagnetic parts. This technology is characteristic of high detection efficiency and convenient operation. Combined with practical work experience, the difficulties of electromagnetic yoke technology in flap track detection and the formulation process of detection technology are discussed in detail, which can be used as a reference for peers.
