Reasons for Corrosion and Perforation of Domestic Water System Pipeline in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
福清核电1-4号机组生活水系统管线发生了多次穿孔漏水。对拆卸后管道内表面的腐蚀状况进行了宏观检查及微观检测,结合管道运行工况、材料及防护措施分析管道腐蚀穿孔的原因。结果表明:生活水系统管线所选的碳钢材料不耐腐蚀且无腐蚀措施,管线长期在富含氧、氯化物的水环境中运行是造成管线腐蚀的根本原因;腐蚀瘤的氧浓差腐蚀是导致管线穿孔的直接原因;水中的氯化物对管线穿孔具有一定的促进作用。最后,针对管线腐蚀问题提出了相应的改进建议。
Abstract
The domestic water system of Fuqing Nuclear Power Units No. 1-4 suffered multiple perforation and leakage. The reasons for corrosion and perforation of the pipeline were analyzed through macroscopic inspection and microscopic inspection of the inner surface corrosion status of the pipeline after disassembly, in combination with the operating condition, material and protective measures of the pipeline. The results show that the fundamental cause of pipeline corrosion were as following: the carbon steel material selected for the pipeline of the domestic water system had bad corrosion resistance and no corrosion measures; the pipeline operated in the water environment rich in oxygen and chloride for a long time. Oxygen concentration corrosion of corrosion nodules was the direct cause of pipeline perforation. Chloride in water had a certain promoting effect on pipeline perforation. Finally, some improvement suggestions for pipeline perforation were proposed.
