Electromagnetic acoustic detection of corrosion defect in heavy oil thermal recovery wellhead
摘 要
采用蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)技术的井口是新疆油田重要的稠油热采装置,随着服役时间的增加该井口装置的冲蚀减薄愈加严重,而成为安全生产的重大隐患。为及时发现稠油热采井口装置的腐蚀减薄部位,通过有限元仿真分析了不同位置的电磁超声信号特征,并通过检测含模拟腐蚀缺陷的试件,对该方法进行了验证。试验结果表明,提出的电磁超声检测方法能够有效发现稠油热采井口装置的腐蚀缺陷,对电磁超声高温在线检测工艺的开发及现场检测具有指导意义。
Abstract
The wellhead using the Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) technology is an important heavy oil thermal recovery device in Xinjiang Oilfield. However, it has experienced erosion and thinning with the increase of service time, laying a significant impact on safe production due to the hidden dangers. In order to discover the corrosion and thinning parts of the thermal recovery wellhead device in time, the signal characteristics of different detection conditions were analyzed through finite element simulation, and the results were verified by test pieces containing simulated corrosion defects. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic ultrasonic testing method proposed in this paper can effectively find the corrosion defects of heavy oil thermal recovery wellhead equipment. This article has guiding significance for the development of electromagnetic ultrasonic high temperature online detection process and on-site detection.
