Causes of 5-stage spheroidization of steam pipeline and its life evaluation
摘 要
某蒸汽管道的P11钢材料发生5级球化,采用金相检验、硬度测试、高温拉伸试验及常温冲击试验等方法对其进行分析,用管道寿命评价方法对球化管道进行综合评价,以判定管道是否可继续使用。结果表明:该球化管道具有内、外壁球化级别高,中部球化级别低的特点;热处理是管道材料5级球化的主要原因。该管道可以继续使用,但需要加强检验和维护。
Abstract
The 5-level spheroidization of P11 steel material in a steam pipeline was analyzed by metallographic examination, hardness test, high temperature tensile test and room temperature impact test. The spheroidization pipeline was comprehensively evaluated by pipeline life evaluation method to determine whether the pipeline could continue to use. The results show that the spheroidized pipeline had the characteristics of high spheroidization level of internal and external walls and low spheroidization level of central part. Heat treatment was the main reason for the 5-level spheroidization of pipeline materials. The pipeline could continue to be used, but inspection and maintenance need to be strengthened.
