Optimization of Simulated Rust Layer of 304 Stainless Steel Occluded Cell in Ammonia Desulphurization Slurry
摘 要
构建了氨法脱硫浆液中304不锈钢局部腐蚀发展的闭塞电池模型。通过综合闭塞区离子迁移量、溶液pH和内电极腐蚀速率等对模型中模拟锈层的关键因素进行优选,最终确定最优模拟锈层。结果表明:最优模拟锈层是以滤纸为载体,以混氧化铁与硫酸钙质量比9∶1的混合物为负载物,以0.5%(质量分数)的琼脂溶液为固定成型剂,采用该锈层的闭塞电池模型可较好地模拟局部腐蚀发展过程。
Abstract
An occluded cell model of localized corrosion of 304 stainless steel was constructed in ammonia desulphurization slurry. The key factors of simulated rust layer in the model were optimized through the amount of ion migration in the occluded area, the pH of the solution and the corrosion rate of the inner electrode, and finally the optimal simulated rust layer was determined. The results show that the optimal simulated rust layer was based on filter paper as a carrier, a mixture of mixed iron oxide and calcium sulfate with a mass ratio of 9∶1 as a loading material, and a 0.5% (mass fraction) agar solution as a fixed molding agent. The occluded cell model with the optimal simulated rust layer could simulate well the development process of localized corrosion.
