Research Progress of Supercritical Water Oxidation Reactor
摘 要
利用超临界水氧化法处理难降解有机废弃物具有诸多优点,日益受到重视,但其核心装置反应器的制造成本较高,且在运行过程中易产生盐堵和腐蚀等问题,阻碍了其工业化进程。为满足高参量、大容量、长周期稳定运行的需要,对超临界水氧化反应器的研究与应用现状进行了详细的介绍,在此基础上对反应器的结构优化提出了建议和可能的解决方案,以期为超临界水氧化技术的工业应用提供指导。
Abstract
Treatment of refractory organic waste by supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) has many advantages and is gaining more and more attentions. However, the manufacturing cost of the core device reactor of SCWO is relatively high, and problems such as salt plugging and corrosion are easily generated during operation, which hinders its industrialization. In order to meet the needs of high-parameter, large-capacity and long-term stable operation, the research and application status of the SCWO reactor is introduced in detail. And on this basis, suggestions and possible solutions for the structure optimization of the reactor are proposed. All these were expected to provide guidance for the industrial application of SCWO technology.
