Corrosion and Protection of Austenitic Stainless Steel in Polythionic Acid
摘 要
结合某柴油加氢装置高压换热器管失效案例,分析了奥氏体不锈钢设备应力腐蚀开裂的原因,以及不锈钢设备应力腐蚀的过程。另外对影响不锈钢设备连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂的因素进行了分析,并提出了预防应力腐蚀开裂的措施,确保装置长周期运行。
Abstract
Based on a failure case of high-pressure heat-exchanger pipe of a diesel hydrogenation unit, the reasons for stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel equipment were analyzed, as well as the stress corrosion process of stainless steel equipment. In addition, the factors affecting the polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel equipment were analyzed, and measures to prevent stress corrosion cracking were put forward to ensure long-term operation of the device.
