Application of spatial data scanning technology in large atmospheric storage tank deformation detection
摘 要
储罐在服役过程中受基础沉降、工艺操作不当、外部载荷变化等因素影响,罐体易发生变形或倾斜。常规检测手段(铅锤检测、全站仪扫描、水准仪测量等)的检测精度易受到现场环境和人员水平的限制,后期数据处理工作量大。为解决上述问题,采用三维激光扫描仪对储罐整体或局部进行空间数据扫描,获取点云数据,通过拼接、降噪、滤波、网格化处理,获取储罐的数字模型,可实现对储罐变形、圆度、垂直度、沉降的分析与评价。与常规手段相比,空间数据扫描技术工作效率高、检测范围广、测量精度高、数据保存与处理更为便捷。
Abstract
During the service of the tank, it will be deformed or tilted due to the settlement of the foundation, improper process operation, and changes in external loads. The detection accuracy of conventional detection methods (lead hammer detection, whole station scanning, level measurement, etc.) is easily limited by the on-site environment and personnel level, and the later data processing workload is large. In order to solve the above problems, a three-dimensional laser scanner is used to scan the spatial data of the tank in whole or in part, and the point cloud data is obtained. Through splicing, noise reduction, filtering and grid processing, the digital model of the tank can be obtained, which can realize the analysis and evaluation of tank deformation, roundness, verticality and settlement. Compared with conventional means, high efficiency, wide detection range, the present one is shown to be of high measurement accuracy, and more convenient data storage and processing.
