Influence factors of forming property of galvalume coating
摘 要
分析了铝锌合金镀层厚度、合金层厚度以及界面层显微组织对镀层成形性能的影响。结果表明:铝锌合金镀层越厚,外覆层变形量越大,受到的拉应力越大,越容易产生裂纹;合金层越厚,其在应变时越容易发生开裂;镀后冷却速率越慢,界面层越容易富集脆而硬的硅相,进而使镀层开裂,镀层的成形性能变差。
Abstract
The effects of coating thickness, alloy layer thickness and microstructure of interface layer on the forming property of galvalume coating were analyzed. The results show that the thicker the galvalume coating was, the greater the deformation of the outside layer was, and the greater the tensile stress was, the more prone to crack. The thicker the alloy layer was, the easier it was to crack under strain. The slower the cooling rate after pot cooling, the easier the interface layer was to enrich the brittle and hard silicon phase, which made the coating crack and the forming property of the coating deteriorate.
