Evaluation of measurement method for plastic strain ratio of metal sheet
摘 要
ISO 10113:2020修订后的内容较修订前有较大调整,增加了半自动测量方法,并更加清晰地定义了手动测量、半自动测量和全自动测量3种方法。采用全自动测量方法验证了使用不同类型横向引伸计对不同试样塑性应变比的影响,结果表明:对不同类型的金属材料,利用多线横向测量方法可提高测量结果的重复性。
Abstract
After the revision of ISO 10113:2020, its content had been greatly adjusted compared with that before the revision, the semi-automatic measurement method had been added, and the manual measurement, semi-automatic measurement and automatic measurement were more clearly defined. The influence of different types of transverse extensometers on the plastic strain ratio of different specimens was verified by automatic measurement method. The results show that the repeatability of measurement results could be improved by using multi-point transverse measurement method for different types of metal materials.
