Corrosion Risk Analysis and Control Suggestions of Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit
摘 要
对常减压蒸馏装置的加工负荷变化、加工原料的腐蚀性、电脱盐控制情况等进行了分析。对装置塔顶低温系统和高温部位的腐蚀控制情况和腐蚀风险进行了系统分析,提出了腐蚀控制措施与建议。
Abstract
The change of processing load of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, the corrosivity of processing raw materials, and the control of electric desalination were analyzed. The corrosion control situation and corrosion risk of the low temperature system and high temperature part of the tower top of the device were systematically analyzed, and the corrosion control measures and suggestions were put forward.
