Factors affecting the bluing effect of 42CrMo4 steel fracture
摘 要
对材料的显微组织、试样放置方式、热处理工艺等方面进行试验研究,分析了42CrMo4钢断口蓝化效果的影响因素。结果表明:当断口材料的原始组织细小、均匀,试样断口面朝炉门口放置,加热温度为390 ℃,保温时间为40 min时,断口的蓝化效果最佳,断口上白色细条状或颗粒状夹杂物显现明显。
Abstract
The influencing factors of fracture bluing effect of 42CrMo4 steel were analyzed by means of experimental studying the microstructure, specimen placement and heat treatment process of the material. The results show that when the original structure of the fracture material was fine and uniform, the fracture surface of the sample was placed toward the furnace door, the heating temperature was 390 ℃, and the holding time was 40 min, the bluing effect of the fracture was the best, and the white thin strip or granular inclusions on the fracture surface appeared obviously.
