The verification method of X-ray stress measuring instrument

摘 要
从测定原理出发,阐述了X射线应力测定方法的准确性;指出如果严格执行国标GB/T 7704—2017《无损检测X射线应力测定方法》,可以得到可靠的、在业界互信的测定结果;通过实例说明了X射线应力测定方法的准确性,并提出了测定设备的检定方法。

Abstract
Based on the measuring principle, the accuracy of X-ray stress measuring method was expounded; It was pointed out that if the national standard GB/T 7704—2017 Non-destructive Testing X-ray Stress Measurement Method was strictly implemented, reliable and mutually trusted measurement results could be obtained in the industry; The accuracy of X-ray stress measurement method was illustrated by examples, and the verification method of measuring equipment was proposed.
