Analysis of abnormal magnetic particle indications in magnetic particle testing ofplug welded impeller
摘 要
采用四大常规无损检测方法,并结合显微观察、金相分析以及机械性能检测等方法,对塞焊叶轮异常磁痕的性质、产生机理进行分析,并制定了判定磁痕显示性质的工艺流程,可提高塞焊叶轮焊缝的磁粉检测效率。
Abstract
Four conventional nondestructive testing methods, combined with microscopic observation, metallographic analysis and mechanical property testing, are used to analyze the character and generation mechanism of abnormal magnetic particle indications on plug welded impeller. The technological process for determining the display properties of magnetic particle indications is developed, which can improve the magnetic particle testing efficiency of plug welded impeller welds.
