Digital radiographic testing of circumferential weld in thin-walled small-diameter tube
摘 要
基于数字射线检测技术中数字图像的特点和窗宽窗位调整对数字图像显示效果的影响,在检测变截面工件时,提出了在正式检测前先对壁厚最薄处进行缺陷视觉的可分辨性验证以固化窗宽窗位的思路,并对铝合金薄壁小径管环焊缝进行检测,以验证该思路的有效性,同时探讨了固定垫片的工装板对薄壁小径管检测的影响,得到了特种工艺评审的认可。
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of digital image in digital radiographic testing technology and the influence of window width and window level adjustment on the display effect of digital image, the idea that the resolution of defect vision should be verified at the thinnest part before the formal inspection to solidify the window width and window level was proposed when the workpiece with variable cross-section is tested, and the circumferential weld of thin-walled small diameter aluminum alloy pipe should be tested to verify the effectiveness of this idea. At the same time, the influence of the tooling plate of the fixed gasket on the inspection of the thin-walled tube was discussed, which was approved by the special process review.
