The application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in the determination of wear debris in lubricating oil
摘 要
提出了使用X射线荧光能谱仪测定润滑油中Ti、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Pb、Ag、Cd、Sn等9种元素的方法,并将检测结果与原子发射光谱分析结果进行比较。结果表明:各元素的检测结果准确性好、精密度高;X射线荧光能谱仪能够有效检测润滑油中的磨粒,具有简便、准确、实用的特点。
Abstract
A method for the determination of nine elements such as Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Pb, Ag, Cd and Sn in lubricating oil by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was proposed, and the results were compared with those of atomic emission spectrometry. The results show that the results of each element were accurate and precise, the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer could effectively detect the abrasive particles in lubricating oil, which was simple, accurate and practical.
