Large non-metallic inclusions in 37Mn5 steel
摘 要
采用大样电解、扫描电镜分析等方法研究了37Mn5钢中大型非金属夹杂物的形貌、尺寸和来源。结果表明:钢中大型非金属夹杂物主要来源于结晶器保护渣和脱氧产物,这两种类型的夹杂物分别占总夹杂物含量的50%和30. 8%。
Abstract
The morphology, size and source of large non-metallic inclusions in 37Mn5 steel were studied by bulk electrolysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the large non-metallic inclusions of steel mainly came from mould flux and deoxidization products, which accounted for 50% and 30. 8% of the total inclusions, respectively.
