Concrete strength detection by ultrasonic flat test method
摘 要
在混凝土超声检测的实际应用中,受外界环境条件的制约,超声换能器的布置一般有两种方式,相应的检测方法分为超声对测法和超声平测法,为对比两种常用混凝土超声检测方法的准确性,有必要对其进行试验。对超声平测法不同检测距离、侧面与底面平测、平测与对测进行对比试验,并对不同检测条件下所得混凝土超声声速回归曲线进行分析比较,试验结果表明,在检测混凝土强度时,平测法可以代替对测法。
Abstract
In the practical application of concrete ultrasonic testing, restricted by the external environmental conditions, the arrangement of ultrasonic transducers generally has two ways, and the corresponding detection methods are divided into ultrasonic opposite testing method and ultrasonic level testing method. In order to compare the accuracy of these two commonly used concrete ultrasonic testing methods, it is necessary to test them. By conducting comparative experiments on different distances, sides and bottoms, and comparison tests using ultrasonic level testing method, and analyzing and comparing the regression curves of concrete ultrasonic velocity obtained under different testing conditions, the experimental results showed that the ultrasonic level testing method can replace ultrasonic opposite testing method in detecting concrete strength.
