Cause of cracking of water wall heat pipe of boiler cyclone separator
摘 要
某锅炉旋风分离器水冷壁过热管多次发生开裂事故,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:过热管长期处于450 ℃以上的高温状态,珠光体组织球化明显,显微组织的劣化导致过热管的强度和硬度下降;被氧化腐蚀减薄的过热管在蒸汽压力的作用下胀粗变形,最终导致过热管开裂。
Abstract
The overheat pipe of water wall of a boiler cyclone separator cracked many times. The cause of cracking was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the super heat pipe was in a high temperature state above 450 ℃ for a long time, and the pearlite spheroidization was obvious. The deterioration of the microstructure led to the decrease of the strength and hardness of the super heat pipe. The heat pipe thinned by oxidation corrosion swelled and deformed under the action of steam pressure, which eventually led to the cracking of the heat pipe.
