Cause of hole formation in the core of HR-2 alloy forging rod
摘 要
HR-2合金锻棒靠近心部位置存在尺寸较大的长条形孔洞。采用微观观察、能谱分析及有限元分析等方法对孔洞的产生原因进行分析。结果表明:在HR-2合金电渣重熔过程中出现了大尺寸的夹杂缺陷,且在墩粗过程中孔洞无法被焊合;未焊合的、长径比较大的初始孔洞沿拔长方向伸长,最终形成了长条形孔洞。
Abstract
There were large elongated holes near the center of the HR-2 alloy forging rod. The cause of the holes was analyzed by means of microscopic observation, energy spectrum analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that there were large inclusion defects in the process of HR-2 electro-slag remelting and the holes could not be welded in the process of pier roughening. The unwelded initial holes with large aspect ratio elongated along the drawing direction and finally formed long strip holes.
