Steel sample processing technology design and test
摘 要
依据取样规范,对现有的性能检测用钢板试样进行加工工艺路线设计,并对几种加工工艺的时间进行比较,以找到较优的加工工艺,最后对这些加工工艺进行了一系列性能对比试验,结果表明:在保证试样满足取样规范的前提下,结合相应的设备配置,对取样加工工艺进行优化是可行的。
Abstract
According to the sampling specification, the processing route of the existing steel plate sample for performance testing was designed, and the time of several processing techniques was compared to find the better processing technology. Finally, a series of performance comparison tests of the processing techniques were carried out. The results show that it was feasible to optimize the sampling process of the sample under the premise of ensuring that the sample met the sampling specification and the corresponding equipment configuration.
