Processing and inspection techniques for fully automatic mechanical specimens of sheets and round bars
摘 要
成品力学试样的传统加工及检验工艺以车、铣、刨、磨、人工送样等为主,传统加工及检验工艺已无法满足快节奏的生产需求,提高其自动化水平有利于提高企业的竞争力。从整合成品性能检测的各工序出发,介绍了目前最新应用的全自动试样加工及检验技术,即通过机械手、自动导引装置、集控系统等整合板材和圆棒的下料、粗加工、精加工和拉伸、冲击试验等工序,基本实现了全流程自动化。同时,分析了全自动试样加工及检验技术的优点,并对未来的研究重点进行展望。
Abstract
The traditional processing and inspection techniques for finished product samples mainly included turning, milling, planing, grinding and manual sample delivery. Traditional processing and inspection techniques could no longer meet the fast-paced production needs and improved their automation level was beneficial for improved the competitiveness of enterprises. The latest fully automated sample processing and inspection technology were introduced, which integrated various processes such as cutting, rough machining, precision machining, stretching and impact testing of sheets and round bars through robotic arms, automatic guidance devices and centralized control systems, achieved basic automation of the entire process. At the same time, the advantages of fully automated sample processing and inspection technology were analyzed, and future research focuses were prospected.
