Improvement methods for defect structure in forged steel
摘 要
锻件钢中的缺陷组织会影响其力学性能及后续使用。总结了碳素钢和低合金钢中遇到的魏氏组织、带状组织、贝氏体及欠热组织,并对这4种缺陷组织的形成原因、评定方法及改善方法进行分析,研究结果可为提高钢产品的力学性能提供理论基础。
Abstract
The defect structure in forging steel would affect its mechanical properties and subsequent use. The widmanstatten structure, banded structure, bainite and underheated structure encountered in carbon steel and low alloy steel were summarized, and the formation reasons, evaluation methods and improvement methods of these four kinds of defect structures were analyzed. The research results could provide a theoretical basis for improving the mechanical properties of steel products.
