Exploration of experimental teaching system for radiographic testing under the background of emerging engineering education
摘 要
当前射线检测正朝着数字化、自动化、智能化的方向发展。为满足新工科建设需要,推进射线检测实验教学体系的建设,以南昌航空大学射线检测课程实验教学为例,详细介绍了射线检测实验教学的改革措施,设计了原理验证实验、新技术实验、专业课程设计、技能训练、创新性训练、职业资格认证等6大实验教学环节,并从设备与器材、试块、仿真软件等3个方面加强实验教学条件建设,构建了较完整的射线检测实验教学体系。
Abstract
At present, radiographic testing is developing towards digitization, automation, and intelligence. In order to meet the needs of emerging engineering education, promoting the construction of the experimental teaching system for radiographic testing, the experimental teaching course of radiographic testing was taken as an example at Nanchang HangKong University, the reform steps of the experiments teaching for radiographic testing was introduced in detail, six major experimental teaching modules were designed, including principle verification experiments, new technology experiments, professional course design, skill training, innovative training, qualification and certification of RT personnel, the construction of experimental teaching conditions was strengthened from three aspects, including teaching equipment and apparatus, test blocks and simulation software, a relatively complete teaching system for radiographic testing experiments was constructed.
