Period verification of electronic balance in drug testing laboratories and uncertainty assessment of its indication error
摘 要
为保证电子天平在药品检测实验室中正常运行及其检测数据的准确可靠,根据JJG 1036—2008对药品检测实验室电子天平进行期间核查,同时根据JJF 1847—2020对其示值误差进行不确定度评定。结果表明:核查结果合格,扩展不确定度为2.5×10-4,该电子天平可正常检测试样。
Abstract
In order to ensure the normal operation of the electronic balance in the drug testing laboratory and the accuracy and reliability of the test data, the electronic balance in the drug testing laboratory was checked during the period according to the JJG 1036-2008, and the uncertainty of the indication error was evaluated according to the JJF 1847-2020. The results show that the verification results were qualified, the expanded uncertainty was 2. 5×10-4, the electronic balance could detect the sample normally.
