Effect of Titanum on Microstructure and Properties of Hot Stamp-Formed Steels Containing Boron
摘 要
主要通过绘制CCT曲线、热轧试验以及直接淬火试验, 研究了加入钛元素对含硼热冲压成形用钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明: 加入质量分数为0.015%的钛, 可以提高试验钢的淬透性, 在10 ℃·s-1的冷速下即能得到完全马氏体组织, 而且可以提高热轧板淬火后的强度和硬度, 并可使马氏体板条间距从0.35~0.54 μm细化到0.12~0.25 μm。
Abstract
Effects of titanium on the microstructure and properties of hot stamp-formed steels containing boron were studied by drawing CCT curves, hot rolling test and direct quenching test.The results show that adding 0.015wt% titanium could increase the hardenability of the tested steels, and thus got full martensitic microstructure at a lower cooling rate of 10 ℃·s-1. The strength and hardness of the hot rolled sheets after quenching could be increased after adding 0.015wt% titanium, and the distance of martensite lath could be decreased from 0.35-0.54 μm to 0.12-0.25 μm.
