表面转化膜无铬化技术的研究动向
          
Development Status of Chromium-free Conversion Coating Technology

摘    要
环保的需要使得铬酸盐转化膜逐渐被各种无铬转化膜所替代.本文介绍了含氧酸盐、锆盐和钛盐、稀土、植酸、硅烷等无铬表面转化膜的形成机理及发展现状.随着科技的发展,无铬转化膜将引起人们越来越多的重视,并能应用于更多的领域中.

Abstract
Chromate conversion coatings have been gradually replaced by chromium-free conversion coatings for the environmental demand.The formation mechanism and development of chromium-free conversion coatings,such as oxyacid salt,zirconium salt and titanium salt,phytic acid,rare earth,silane were introduced in this paper.With the development of technology,chromium-free conversion coatings would obtain more and more attention and be applied to more fields.
