Emergency Power Supply Configuration Analysis and Suggestion of WindPVES Hybrid Power Station
摘 要
从电站应急负荷状况、应急电源配置和运行方式入手, 介绍了常规升压站的应急电源配置、储能系统的工作原理和运行方式。通过分析与比较, 认为风光储电站的应急电源, 除了按照变电站相关技术规范配置事故逆变电源及通信UPS外, 还可以借助大容量储能系统作为全站的事故应急电源。建议将储能系统和风力、光伏发电系统相结合, 通过微网运行技术和调控手段, 延长风光储电站的事故备用时间, 用以处理事故和尽快恢复到正常运行状态。
Abstract
Starting from the power emergency load, emergency power supply configuration and operation mode, introduces the emergency power supply configuration of conventional step-up substation, as well as energy storage system working principle and operation mode. By analysis and comparison, that the emergency power supply of Wind-PV-ES hybrid power station, except in accordance with the relevant technical specifications of substation, equipped with inverter power supply and communication UPS, but also can make use of large capacity energy storage system as the emergency power. Suggested energy storage system to combined with photovoltaic and wind power generation system, in the light of micro-grid technology and control means, to extend the accident spare time of Wind-PV-ES hybrid power station to deal with the accident, and as soon as possible to resume normal operation.
