Development and Application of Transitive Cables Protective Equipment
摘 要
针对突发事件和特殊场合下进行事故抢修和执行保电任务时, 采用传统的敷设过渡电缆的做法, 容易使路面的过渡电缆遭受车辆碾压, 行人踩踏, 造成电缆外损和发生不安全事件, 而将过渡电缆挂在树上, 则影响周围绿化和造成视觉污染等一系列问题, 研发了一种新型的过渡电缆保护装置, 采用梯形内加槽结构方式, 能够有效地保护过渡电缆。保护装置材料采用抗压好、寿命长、磨损少、性价比高的进口天然胶和丁苯胶, 并在保护装置表面涂有可视性高的黄色和重量感高的黑色。保护装置结构简单、现场使用方便, 不但降低了维护成本, 而且减少了操作人员的维护工作量, 取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。
Abstract
For emergencies and special occasions for emergency repair and perform security tasks, the cable laying transition traditional practices, easy to make the transition from cable pavement rolling of vehicles, pedestrian trampling, resulting in cable loss and incidence of unsafe events, while the transition cable hanging in a tree, will affect the surrounding green and cause a series of problems of visual pollution, develop a transition cable protection device. Device adopts the trapezoidal inner groove structure, can effectively protect the transition cable. With the compressive, long life, less wear imported natural rubber, cost-effective and styrene butadiene rubber material, and has high visual yellow and weight high black in the device surface coating. Device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, not only reduces the maintenance cost, but also reduce the maintenance workload of the operator, and achieved certain economic and social benefits.
