快速测定水汽系统中痕量元素的含量分析与操作要点
          
Key of Quick Operation and Analysis the Content of Trace Element in the Water-stream System

摘    要
对于高参数、大容量的燃煤发电机组, 应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪能够准确、快速地测定水汽系统中痕量元素的含量, 准确反映出机组内部水汽工况, 对设备的防腐、防垢、防结盐有很好的分析和指导意义。介绍了石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪在日常测定时出现的异常状况, 例如: 空白溶液值偏高和不稳定、样品测试时相对标准偏差大和不稳定、透镜结露和转动部件不灵活等现象。针对上海冷热气温变化大、常年湿度高、伴有微盐分的潮湿海风等复杂环境, 发生仪器测定效率低、数据质量差等问题, 进行了比对试验和原因分析。通过严格执行检测工作室对环境的要求和精准操作, 提高了仪器的分析效率和检测数据的准确性。

Abstract
The trace element in the water-stream can be determined rapidly and accurately and the interior working state of vapor can be reflected accurately by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer for the high-parameter and high-capacity coal-fired units. it has good analyses and guiding significance for corrosion protection, antiscale, preventing salt depositing of equipment.This paper describes the exception situations ,that just like blank solution high value, relative error was high and unsteadiness in the determination of samples, lens condensation and rotating components not flexible, about the everyday examination with Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. The comparative experiment and the reason analysis was done regarding to the complicated environment factor, such as the big difference of hot /cold temperature, high humidity, wet sea wind with salt, and the problems caused by low measure efficiency and invalid data. Improved the efficiency of instrument analysis and data accuracy by strict accordance with environmental requirements for testing workshop and accurate operation.
