Introduction of Cost-benefit Analysis and its Application in AP1000
摘 要
介绍了一种适用于核电站的成本收益分析方法,包括需要考虑的因素以及每项因素的计算方法,并将成本收益分析方法应用于AP1000系统,评估AP1000系统实施改造可获得的最大收益。由于AP1000系统的安全性较高,具有较低的堆芯损伤概率和大量放射性物质释放频率,根据该方法计算的最大可获收益相对实施电厂改造而言非常小。因此,单从成本收益分析角度而言,AP1000核电厂实施进一步的安全改进是不必要的。
Abstract
The cost-benefit analysis method for nuclear power plant is introduced, including the considering factors and their calculations, then the method is implemented to the AP1000 to investigate the benefit could be achieved. Due to the high safety performance of AP1000 with very low Core Damage Frequency (CDF) and Large Release Frequency (LRF), the maximum achievable benefit is much lower than the cost of corresponding plant modification. Therefore, from only the cost-benefit point of view, it is unnecessary for implementing further safety improvement of AP1000 nuclear power plant.
