Anti-corrosion Performance of Solid Rocket Engine Ignition Contact
摘 要
某发动机在盐雾试验中点火触点产生锈蚀, 引起点火电阻增大, 会导致点火延迟及点火失败。通过对点火触点的镀银层、金属基体进行锈蚀分析及原理研究, 选取电接触表面润滑保护剂作为保护剂并开展试验验证。经电气、硫化、盐雾试验表明,电接触表面润滑保护剂在不影响接触电阻的前提下有效提高了点火触点的耐腐蚀性能。
Abstract
The corrosion of some solid rocket engine (SRE) ignition contact increased the resistance of igniter and thus made the igniter failed. After theory study of corrosion, a protective agent was used to protect the silver layer and metal. The electrical, vulcanization and salt spray tests were used to verify the performance of the protective agent. The results showed that the protective agent did not increase the contact resistance, but could increase the anti-corrosion of ignition contact.
