Corrosion Inhibition of Sulfourea to HR-2 Stainless Steel
摘 要
采用扫描电化学显微镜(SECM)和极化曲线研究了硫脲对HR-2不锈钢在酸性氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,硫脲具有明显的缓蚀作用,当溶液中硫脲的摩尔浓度增加到0.75 mmol/L后,缓蚀作用趋于稳定; 极化曲线的自腐蚀电位变化微小,采用El-Awady模型拟合确定硫脲在不锈钢表面的吸附是单分子层,一个硫脲分子吸附在多个活性点上。
Abstract
The inhibition effects of sulfourea on HR-2 stainless steel in acidic sodium chloride solution were studied by scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and polarization curves. The results show that the corrosion inhibition of sulfourea is obvious. When the concentration of sulfourea increased to 0.75 mmol/L, the corrosion inhibition became stable; the corrosion potential changed tinily. According to EI-Awady model, the sulfourea adsorption is monomolecular layer on the surface of the stainless steel, one sulfourea molecular adsorb on multiple active points.
