Contrast on CO2 Corrosion Performance between 15Cr Low Alloy Steel and N80 Steel
摘 要
采用电化学方法对比研究了不同温度下15Cr低合金钢和N80钢在模拟CO2腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性能。结果表明, 随着温度的升高, 两种材料的腐蚀电流密度(Jcorr)有所增大, 电荷传递电阻(Rt)不断减小; 中高频区的容抗弧不断缩小, 低频区的感抗弧也不断萎缩, 低频区小容抗弧出现; 15Cr低合金钢的耐蚀性能在较低温度下比N80钢稍差, 而在较高温度下比N80钢稍强。
Abstract
The CO2 corrosion performance of 15Cr low alloy steel and N80 steel were investigated by electrochemical methods at various temperatures in simulated CO2 corrosion medium. The results indicated that with the increase of temperature, the corrosion current density decreased, the charge transfer resistance decreased, and the capacitance arc at intermediate-high frequency and inductance arc at low frequency gradually dwindled, while small capacitance arc at low frequency occurred. In addition, 15Cr low alloy steel had a little worse anti-corrosion performance than N80 steel at lower temperature, inversely at higher temperature.
