Corrosion Analysis and Control of Atmospheric Column in a Large-scale Oil Refining Corporation in China
摘 要
国内某大型炼油企业常减压装置常压塔在2013年大修停工腐蚀调查期间发现了严重的腐蚀问题, 根据设备的设计参数、工艺参数、原料及污水采样数据分析, 对设备腐蚀部件进行了基于风险的腐蚀分析, 识别了该部位的失效模式和损伤机理, 根据分析结果提出了腐蚀控制建议。
Abstract
Serious corrosion of atmospheric column were found during the investigation of corrosion of the crude unit in a large-scale oil refining corporation in China in 2013. According to the equipment′s design parameters, process parameters, analysis data of crude and sewage, the risk-based corrosion analysis for the corrosion components were made. The failure mode and the damage mechanism of the components were identified. According to the results of the analysis, suggestions for corrosion control were put forward.
