Effect of pH on Corrosion Behaviors of 316L Stainless Steel and Q235 Carbon Steel in High Chloride Solution
摘 要
采用电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线、丝束电极等技术研究了316L不锈钢和Q235碳钢在不同pH且含有高浓度氯化物的高炉煤气冷段管道冷凝液模拟液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着溶液pH的升高,两种材料的阻抗值均逐渐增大,316L不锈钢的钝态电流密度和Q235碳钢的腐蚀电流密度均减小。丝束电极电流分布图中阳极电流区域随溶液pH的升高而减小,不锈钢和碳钢分别表现出局部腐蚀和全面腐蚀的特征。
Abstract
The corrosion behaviors of 316L stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel in the simulated solutions with high concentration of chloride and different pH were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), polarization curves and wire beam electrode (WBE). The results showed that with the increase of solution pH, the impedance value of the two materials increased gradually, while the passivity current density of 316L stainless steel and corrosion current density of Q235 carbon steel decreased. Furthermore, the zones of anodic current decreased sharply in the WBE current distribution maps, and the stainless steel showed localized corrosion and the carbon steel showed general corrosion feature.
