Corrosion Causes and Protection Measures of Heat Preservation Crude Oil Storage Tank Outer Walls
摘 要
通过对舟山某油库若干储罐的现场检修,对罐壁腐蚀现状、原因作了全面分析。并结合电化学腐蚀理论,对保温罐罐壁的腐蚀机理作了深入剖析。结果表明,舟山的海洋大气环境对保温罐罐外壁腐蚀作用明显,一般保温罐外壁6~8圈壁板腐蚀最为严重。罐壁总体呈现迎风区域腐蚀较为严重,背风区腐蚀程度轻微的特点。保温支持圈、保护板和保温材料的布置和选用对罐外壁的腐蚀有重要影响。
Abstract
In order to study the corrosion process of heat preservation crude oil storage tank outer walls, through the field maintenance of several storage tanks in Zhoushan oil depot, combining the electrochemical corrosion mechanism the status and reasons were corrosion comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that the marine-atmosphere environment in Zhoushan had an obvious effect on tank outer wall corrosion, the most serious corrosion occured on 6-8 circles of the outer walls. The corrosion was more serious on the windward side and slight on the leeward in general. The arrangement and selection of insulation support rings, protection boards and thermal insulation materials had an important effect on tank outer wall corrosion.
