Single Sweeping Polargraphic Determination of Phoxim
摘 要
用单扫描极谱法研究了辛硫磷的电化学行为。在pH 6.7的磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钠缓冲溶液中,辛硫磷对达旦黄与吐温-80的络合吸附波具有抑制作用,据此建立了间接测定辛硫磷的方法。辛硫磷的质量浓度在0.009 4~28.22 mg·L-1范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.008 6 mg·L-1。方法应用于谷物样品和土壤样品中辛硫磷的测定,测得回收率在94.6%~105%之间。
Abstract
Electrochemical behavior of phoxim was studied by single sweeping polargraphy. It was found that the adsorptive wave of complex of titan yellow and Tween-80 was inhibited by phoxim in a PBS of pH 6.7. Based on this reaction, a single sweeping polargraphic determination of phoxim was proposed. Linear relationship between values of peak current and mass concentration of phoxim was obtained in the range of 0.009 4-28.22 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.008 6 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to analysis of samples of grain and soil, giving values of recovery in the range of 94.6%-105%.
