Recent Advances of Researches on Application of Cyclodextrin Chiral Stationary Phase to Liquid Chromatographic and Capillary Column Electrochromatographic Analysis of Chiral Drugs
摘 要
对环糊精手性分离固定相在手性药物的液相色谱和毛细管电色谱法分析中应用的近期研究进展(主要从2008年1月至2013年7月间)情况进行综述。内容主要涉及此类固定相的合成方法,选择性功能基团的固定以及新型环糊精手性分离固定相在液相色谱及毛细管电色谱等方面的应用情况,并对其发展前景作了简述(引用文献49篇)。
Abstract
A review on the recent advances of researches on application of cyclodextrin chiral stationary phases (CDCSP′s) to chiral separations in drug analysis by LC or capillary column electrochromatography (CEC), covering mainly the years from Jan. of 2008 to July of 2013, was given, relating specially to topics on preparation of the CDCSP′s, fixing of selective functional groups on the CDCSP′s and application of some novel CDCSP′s to LC and CEC. A brief prospect on the future progress in this field was also given (49 ref. cited).
