Influence of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Property of Welded Joint of 12Cr1MoV Steel Pipe
摘 要
通过分析12Cr1MoV钢管钨极氩弧焊接头在热处理前后组织与性能的变化, 研究了焊后热处理对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明: 弯曲180°后面弯试样热处理前后均无开裂现象, 焊态下的背弯试样个别接头有细小开裂, 热处理后则未出现开裂; 热处理后接头的抗拉强度有所提高; 焊后热处理消除了接头组织中的淬硬组织, 使接头的韧性和承载能力得到提高。
Abstract
The effect of post-weld-heat-treatment (PWHT) on microstructure and property of 12Cr1MoV steel pipe joint welded by TIG welding was studied by microstructure observation and mechanical property examination. The results showed that all the specimens were eligible after face bending for 180°, but tiny crack occurred during root bending test in the as-welded joints, no crack observed after PWHT; the tensile strength of the joint was improved after PWHT. PWHT eliminated the hardened microstructure, the plasticity and strength were therefore elevated.
