Analysis on Fracture Reason of Support Ring Plate
摘 要
某CuNi2Si铜合金支持环盖板零件在安装使用1 a(年)左右出现断裂, 采用化学成分分析、金相检验、显微硬度测试、断口及能谱分析等方法对其断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于承受安装预紧力及工作使用时的应力, 使支持环盖板零件局部产生塑性变形, 加之环境介质的共同作用, 使支持环盖板内壁与弓形定位管接触的狭缝处产生应力腐蚀裂纹, 导致支持环盖板过早地产生了应力腐蚀断裂。
Abstract
The support ring plate valve of CuNi2Si copper alloy was fractured in service for one year. By means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, microhardness testing, fracture and energy spectrum analysis etc, the fracture reason was analyzed. The results showed that there was plastic deformation in local plate under installation prestressing force and work stress; and with the common role of environmental media, stress corrosion cracks occurred in the slit where the wall of support ring plate was contacted with arched positioning tube, leading to stress corrosion cracking produced early in support ring cover.
