Detailed Analysis and Practice for Tensile Test Rate Controlled by Crosshead Separation Rate
摘 要
探讨了采用横梁位移速率控制拉伸试验速率时, 不同应变硬化材料拉伸试样平行部分的应变速率变化情况, 详细解读了针对何种材料何时应该考虑试验机柔度的问题。并对设备柔度的测定进行了示例, 利用设备柔度修正横梁位移速率, 实现了通过横梁位移速率精确控制试样上应变速率的难题。
Abstract
Tensile tests were carried out by controlling consistent crosshead separation rate and the varieties of the strain rate of different strain-hardening materials were discussed. The issue that compliance of the testing machine should be considered at which time and on which type materials was detailedly and deeply analyzed. How to determine the compliance of the testing machine was demonstrated, and the strain rate on the sample could be controlled accurately by controlling consistent crosshead separation rate which was revised by the testing machine compliance when the compliance of the testing machine was considered.
