Reasons Analysis on Bursting of Boiler Water Wall Tubes
摘 要
采用宏观和微观检验方法, 对某锅炉运行过程中发生爆裂的两根水冷壁管的爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明: 两根水冷壁管爆管分别系短时严重过热和长期超温所致; 因短时严重过热和长期超温的高温作用时间及程度的差异, 表现在爆管的胀粗变形量、破裂口形状以及显微组织特征均有所不同。
Abstract
The bursting reasons of boiler water wall tubes during operation were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and scanning electronic microscope analysis. The results show that the analyzed two bursted tubes were caused by short term over-heating and long term over-temperature separately. Because the high temperature acting time and degree of short term over-heating and long term over-temperature were different, the expanding deformation, bursting fracture and microstructure of the two bursted tubes were different.
