Properties of Welded Joint of 304H Stainless Steel Plate
摘 要
对304H不锈钢板进行了一系列焊接试验, 找出了最佳工艺参数与铁素体含量之间的关系, 并对304H钢接头的铁素体数、室温拉伸性能以及500, 650, 750 ℃高温拉伸性能进行了检测和工艺评定。结果表明: 在焊接电流105~110 A、焊接电压26~29 V、焊接速度15~19 cm/min、层间温度控制在≤150 ℃的焊接工艺条件下, 304H钢板焊接接头的各项性能均满足标准要求, 且将304H接头内的铁素体数控制在2~6 FN。
Abstract
By a series of welding experiments of 304H stainless steel plate, the relationship between optimum process parameters and ferrite content was found. The ferrite number, room temperature tensile properties and high temperature tensile properties at 500, 650, 750 ℃ of 304H steel welded joint were tested and assessed. The results showed that when welding current was 105-110 A, welding voltage was 26-29 V, welding speed was 15-19 cm/min, interpass temperature was controled of ≤150 ℃ in welding process, the performance of 304H steel welded joins could meet the standard requirements, and the ferrite content could be controled in 2-6 FN.
