Welding Procedure Qualification on 1.25Cr0.5MoSi Steel
摘 要
由于国内尚没有与1.25Cr0.5MoSi钢匹配的焊材,选择了国内生产的CYE111,R307CL,R307BL共3种焊条进行了焊接工艺评定试验,探讨了3种焊接接头的各项力学性能,并与国外日本神钢CMA-96MB焊条焊接接头的各项力学性能进行了对比。结果表明: 3种国产焊条焊接接头均通过了焊接工艺评定,可用于1.25Cr0.5MoSi钢的焊接,其中CYE111焊条焊接接头的综合力学性能最好。
Abstract
Due to lacking of matched welding materials for 1.25Cr0.5MoSi steel, CYE111, R307CL and R307BL three kinds of electrodes produced in China were chosen to weld 1.25Cr0.5MoSi steel for welding procedure qualification. The various mechanical properties of the welding joints were tested and compared with those welded with CMA-96MB electrode produced by Japanese God Steel. The results show that the joints welded with the three kinds of electrodes made in China all passed the welding procedure qualification, these three kinds of electrodes could be used in welding 1.25Cr0.5MoSi steel, and the joints welded with CYE111 electrode had the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
